So what exactly is that you're doing?
We offer a wide variety of luxury experiences for people who are staying in villas in Cote d`Azur. On our website, you can book an airport transfer or a private chef, but also rent a boat or a vintage car, or organise a birthday party for your children. We have a large selection of activities and they all can be booked online in a couple of clicks.
Are you a concierge service?
Yes, in a way - but a simplified and an improved one. We offer curated selection of luxury experiences provided by our partners, with transparent and competitive pricing. But as a concierge service we can personalize each experience to make it a perfect fit for you.
Where do you operate?
At the moment we are operating on the French Riviera: Monaco, Cap Ferrat, Antibes, Cannes, Mougins and St. Tropez.
I already booked a villa in Cote d`Azur but I haven't received your invitation yet. How can I access your platform ?

Can I book a villa with you?
Unfortunately, no. We don't rent villas out. But after you find an accomodation, we will be pleased to offer you our selection of unique travel experiences that will make your holiday truly unforgettable.
How long in advance should I book the experiences?
We recommend you to book the experiences right after booking a villa to make sure the services are available for the requested dates, especially during the High Season.

However, if you are planning last minute, we will do our best to schedule your activities as soon as possible and make it happen.
The experience sound great, but I want to change it a bit. Is it possible?
Sure. After booking an experience, you will be assigned to a personal experience manager who will get in touch with you to sort out all the details. Each of our experiences can be personalized. Just chat with us online or give us a call !
If I book several experiences, can I have a discount?
We look forward to work closer and make your stay special. That's why we offer free transfers, welcome magnums and a lot more with the orders over €5000.
How long does it take to confirm the booking of an experience?
We always do our best to confirm your experience as soon as possible. Usually it takes 1-2 days, but we are in touch anytime if you want to enquire on the status of your experience booking, modify or add something to it.
What is the payment process ?
After selecting the experiences, you will be asked to pay a 10% security deposit fee via a card payment link. After we receive the payment confirmation, we will start to organize your holiday and will confirm the exact dates of each experience. You will have a personal manager assigned to you who will contact you to know your preferences and will personalize your activities, if needed.

After we confirm your schedule, we will ask you to pay the remaining amount by providing you a payment link. If you decide to do a different number activities, we will of course adapt the final price and your deposit will be deduced from it.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation policy is a prerogative of each of our experience providers. We are constantly working on making such terms the most loyal to our customers. During your booking you will receive the specific conditions for each experience. However, please bear in mind that after you made a payment in full, if you decide to cancell, Manifiq will retain at least 30% of the final price, or more if the service provider doesn't allow cancellations.
How do you make sure that the quality of your experiences is superb ?
We tested the majority of them! We love Cote d'Azur, we've been there so many times, we had great experiences and bad experiences and we selected what we loved most.

Your satisfaction with our services and your positive experience of your holiday is of paramount importance to us. We know that high quality services are key for a happy customer and we try our best to turn each of our customers into a repeated one. We only work with top quality firms and all of our experience owners are reliable. However the liability for the experience lies with the experience providers.
